• 1hr consultation call to discuss wedding plans and amount of support needed

• Budget management

• Venue and supplier sourcing

• Venue visit to go over plans ( travel fees incur out of South Wales)

• Support and updates throughout the planning process

• Moodboard design

• Managing & updating the venue and suppliers

• Lots of communication & calls via Whatsapp

• Timeline to ensure the day runs smoothly​

• Final meeting 2 weeks before your wedding date

• On the day coordination of your suppliers​

• ​ Set up on the day, overseeing all logistics from 3 hours before your ceremony until your evening entertainment has arrived and set up ​

• Share Pinterest boards, ideas & inspiration 

• Moodboard design

• Use of my personal styling items

• Correspondence with other suppliers, to share plans

• Source additional suppliers and other items

• Will liaise and forward any email conversations to you from all suppliers

• Will order all items needed or have hired items sent to my address

• Post returns & any hired items back to your suppliers

• Any contract and payments will be between you and the supplier 

• Set up for ceremony, reception & evening guest arrival

• Clear away my stock at the end of the day or next day (depending on the venues requirements)
